Description : We have a private room available in our big Vancouver house. All roommates are in their mid to late 20s. We're looking for someone who's clean, responsible, and good at communicating. The room is private, but the washroom and kitchen are shared. We have two fridges and laundry facilities. Smoking is not allowed indoors, and we each take turns taking out the garbage once a week. It's not a party house, but we do enjoy socializing. Move-in date is March 1st, and the lease term is flexible. Rent is $850 plus $75 for utilities. We're looking for one person to join us
