Maturity and responsibility, especially for upper-year students, are important to us. We're looking for someone clean, considerate, and respectful. Rent is $1600/month for the ensuite room (unfurnished, but we're open to furnishing). Ample street parking is available. The room is ready from February 1st, with a security deposit required.
