The room on the ground level is shown in the fourth image and is available for $800 per month plus utilities. It's a one-year agreement initially, and after that, it's month-to-month. The house is close to Renfrew Sky Train station, Walmart, and Real Canadian Superstore. It takes about 30 minutes to reach downtown by public transit. No sharing of rooms and no pets allowed.
