Looking for a roommate to share a bathroom with one person. We split utilities and internet costs. The apartment has a laundry, dryer, and dishwasher in-unit. Lease term is from mid-April/May to November, but you can stay longer if needed. My friend and I, both in our mid-twenties, are tidy and organized.
