We have a 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom house in the Dunbar area! We're three 22-year-old girls – one student and two working professionals – with an open room in our house. It's a 10-minute drive to UBC or a 20-minute bus ride. There are plenty of shops nearby, and lots to do! We're all laid-back and enjoy being social, but we also like our alone time. We're looking for someone similar! There's plenty of easy street parking and laundry in the house. The kitchen has new appliances, and utilities are included. Our old roommate is selling her furniture, so the room can come furnished. We're aiming for a move-in date of May 15th, but June 1st works too!
