We're searching for a new roommate for a furnished private room in our 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment. The place is just 1 minute from Chinatown station and close to Costco, T&T, Cineplex, stores, and restaurants. Parking is available with an extra fee. I'm a young professional who works both in the office and remotely (female). The other roommate is a full-time student with a part-time job (male). We're really tidy, clean, and respectful, and we hope you are too! We don't have parties, no smoking, no drugs, and no overnight guests.
