We have a 350 square foot basement suite in the Fraser/Kensington area near Fraser and 33rd. It's close to bus routes 33 and 41 and within walking distance to parks and shops. It'll be available from June 1, 2023. We're looking for a reliable and quiet tenant for a minimum one-year lease. The suite has a private entrance, renovated with laminate flooring and baseboard heating, and there's shared laundry on-site. It comes with a fridge and stove but is unfurnished. Street parking is available. We're looking for a single tenant with good references, no pets, smoking, drugs, or illegal activities. We do credit, employment, income, and reference checks. Currently rented out, so the pictures show the current tenant's furniture, but it will be unfurnished for rental. Showings are in the evening.
